-Participate in reviewing and developing section operational plan to ensure its aligned with DHA Strategic themes, goals and objectives.
-Recommend improvement opportunities in a corporate level through benchmarking other government organizations.
-Provide advice, assistance and follow up on dept. policies, procedures and documentation.
-Review section performance indicators and take necessary correction action as needed.
-Undertake advance statistical analysis of complex survey results, using large database.
-Recommend improvement opportunities through benchmarking other government organizations.
-Supervise other teams/committees formed to fulfill excellence criteria requirements, and monitor their outcomes, and provide technical support/consultation when required.
-Conduct gap analysis related to the scope of this section
-Perform any other duties as assigned.
Masters in related field with a Min 8 years’ experience
