Your role will encompass assessing patient conditions, performing intricate surgical procedures, and providing compassionate post-operative care. You will work collaboratively alongside a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive management of each patient's journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations and diagnoses of foot and ankle disorders
- Perform advanced surgical procedures including but not limited to arthroscopy, joint repair, and reconstruction
- Utilize the latest technologies and techniques in foot and ankle surgery to ensure optimal outcomes
- Provide pre-operative assessments and post-operative follow-ups to monitor patient recovery
- Educate patients on their conditions, treatment options, and rehabilitation protocols
- Work closely with physical therapists and other specialists to create holistic treatment plans for patients
- Stay current with advancements in the field through ongoing education and professional development
