Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:
Support and execute all aspects of financial communication strategies and initiatives for ADNOC. This includes developing and implementing comprehensive communication plans, coordinating financial reporting, creating financial content, and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Work closely with the VP Financial Communications and other relevant stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely market communications including providing advice, guidance and communications governance support to ADNOC’s listed companies. Support on major transaction campaigns including equity offerings and/or investments in support of ADNOC’s value creation drive.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Job Specific Accountabilities
- Assist in the development and execution of financial communication plans that align with ADNOC’s strategic objectives.
- Support implementation of program for best-in-class financial communications across ADNOC’s listed companies. Coordinate financial reporting activities to ensure accuracy and consistency in messaging.
- Provide advice, guidance and communications governance support to ADNOC’s listed companies
- Create compelling financial content for various platforms and audiences.
- Collaborate with the VP of Financial Communications and other key stakeholders to ensure timely and precise market communication, including quarterly results, market updates, equity offerings and/or investments.
- Support major transaction campaigns that contribute to Abu Dhabi and ADNOC’s value creation drive.
- Manage relationships with internal teams, financial stakeholders to protect ADNOC’s listed entities reputation.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in investor and market communication.
- Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in finance, business, economics or communications or equivalent.
Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills
- At least 3 years experience in a strategic / financial communications agency or listed entity in a comparable communications position.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Knowledge of ADNOC’s operations and various sectors, and ability to lead the delivery of tailored solutions in line with specific business requirements.
- Strong written communications skills in English and Arabic.
