·Assist in Preparing accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
·Analyse financial data to identify and explain variances in performance against budget and previous periods.
·Create performance reports and present findings to management for decision-making.
·Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial reporting standards.
·Collaborate with auditors to provide required financial data and support during audits.
·Contribute to financial forecasting by providing historical data and insights.
·Assist in the development, monitoring, and management of departmental budgets through reports.
·Analyse costs and cost structures to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
·Manage the process of preparing and filing external financial reports, such as quarterly and annual reports with regulatory authorities, e.g., SEC filings.
·Assist in Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports on the organization's financial health.
·Generate ad hoc financial reports and analysis as requested by management.
·Ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial records and reports.
·Stay up to date with financial regulations and compliance requirements, adapting financial reporting accordingly.
·Assist other Departments in providing reports.
·Executing any other tasks assigned by line manager.
Bachelor’s Degree holder in in economics, finance, accounting, economics, or related field
