Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:
Support and participate in developing and implementing employee communication strategies, crafting engaging messages, and coordinating communication initiatives that align with ADNOC's goals and values. Support communication Management and other stakeholders to ensure that employee communications effectively engage and inform employees at all levels of the organization. Play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and engaged workplace by effectively communicating with employees.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Job Specific Accountabilities
Develop and Execute Communication Strategies:
- Support in creating comprehensive communication plans that effectively inform and engage employees.
- Participate in identifying key messages and tailor communication strategies to various employee segments and levels within the organization.
Internal Communication Content Creation:
- Support in creating compelling and informative content for a variety of internal communication channels, including newsletters, emails, intranet, and digital displays.
- Participate in drafting and editing content that communicates company updates, initiatives, policies, and events in a clear and engaging manner.
Employee Engagement Initiatives:
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to develop communication plans for employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and company-wide events.
- Utilize different communication mediums to encourage participation and interaction among employees.
Feedback and Measurement:
- Collect and analyse feedback from employees to gauge the effectiveness of communication efforts.
- Use data and insights to refine communication strategies and improve engagement levels.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with departments such as Marketing, HR, and Corporate Communications to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
- Support and collaborate with design and multimedia teams to create visually appealing and impactful communication materials.
- Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills
- 5 years of experience in a large international organization with complex business operations/multi-shareholder environment.
- Experience in Internal/employee communication roles, with demonstrated progression of responsibilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and language.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in utilizing communication tools and platforms.
- Experience in crisis communication and change management is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across various levels of the organization.
