• Evaluate and assess patients to develop individualized surgical treatment plans

• Collaborate with medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, and other healthcare professionals
• Participate in tumor boards and case reviews, contributing clinical insights
• Educate patients and families on treatment options, risks, and post-operative care
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in surgical oncology through continuing education
• Train and mentor junior surgical staff and medical residents
