As a Specialist/Consultant Surgical Oncologist, you will be responsible for evaluating patients, conducting complex surgical procedures, and ensuring comprehensive postoperative care. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create tailored treatment plans and actively participate in patient education regarding their conditions and treatment options. • Perform detailed evaluations, including physical examinations and reviews of diagnostic tests for cancer patients
• Develop and execute individualized surgical treatment plans for oncology patients
• Conduct complex surgical procedures with precision and adherence to best practices
• Coordinate care with medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, and other healthcare professionals
• Provide postoperative management, including monitoring recovery and addressing complications
• Engage in discussions with patients and their families about surgical options, risks, and benefits
• Participate in clinical research and stay current with advancements in surgical oncology
• Educate and mentor surgical residents and fellows in the field of oncology
