As a Specialist Consultant Pediatric Surgeon, you will play a crucial role in providing specialized surgical care to infants, children, and adolescents with surgical conditions.

In this role, you will diagnose and treat a wide range of pediatric surgical conditions, utilizing advanced surgical techniques, and technologies. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals is essential to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care. • Evaluate and diagnose surgical conditions in infants, children, and adolescents
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as imaging studies and laboratory tests
• Perform surgical procedures on pediatric patients, including but not limited to, appendectomies, hernia repairs, and congenital anomaly corrections
• Utilize advanced surgical techniques and technologies to ensure optimal outcomes
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to pediatric patients
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families, explaining diagnoses, treatment options, and post-operative care instructions
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and documentation
• Stay updated on the latest research, advancements, and best practices in pediatric surgery
