As a Specialist Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon, you will be responsible for performing advanced orthopedic surgeries, including joint replacements, arthroscopic procedures, and trauma care. Your commitment to patient-centered care and your ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team will be key to achieving optimal outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their musculoskeletal health.
- Order and interpret diagnostic imaging studies, such as X-rays, MRIs, and CT scans.
- Diagnose orthopedic conditions and formulate individualized treatment plans.
- Perform a variety of orthopedic surgeries, including but not limited to joint replacements and fracture repairs.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, ensuring comprehensive recovery strategies.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment options, risks, and rehabilitation processes.
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, including physical therapists and primary care physicians.
- Stay current with advancements in orthopedic techniques and technologies through ongoing education.
- Maintain detailed patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
