SearchPlus HR is actively seeking a proficient and compassionate Specialist/Consultant in Maternal and Fetal Medicine to become a valued member of our healthcare team. In this specialized role, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional care to women experiencing high-risk pregnancies and addressing fetal health complications.
The Specialist/Consultant in Maternal and Fetal Medicine will perform advanced diagnostic procedures, offer expert consultations, and develop comprehensive management plans tailored to the needs of each patient. You will collaborate closely with obstetricians, neonatologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes for both mothers and their unborn children.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of pregnant patients with complex medical histories and fetal conditions
- Perform advanced diagnostic ultrasounds, amniocentesis, and other procedures as needed
- Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans for high-risk pregnancies
- Provide counseling and support to patients and families regarding risks, diagnoses, and treatment options
- Monitor fetal development and intervene medically when complications arise
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize care throughout the pregnancy
- Engage in research and clinical trials focused on maternal and fetal health
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for compliance and continuity of care
- Stay current on advancements in Maternal and Fetal Medicine through ongoing education and professional development
