Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough assessments and diagnostic evaluations for patients with hematological conditions.
- Order and analyze laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostic studies relevant to hematology.
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of hematological disorders, including anemia, leukemia, and clotting disorders.
- Design and implement personalized treatment plans considering the best evidence-based practices.
- Administer necessary treatments, including chemotherapy and blood transfusions when appropriate.
