SearchPlus HR is seeking a dedicated and experienced Specialist Consultant in Cardiac Anesthesia to join our medical team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing expert anesthesia care specifically tailored for patients undergoing cardiac procedures. Your expertise will not only ensure patient safety during surgeries but also contribute to improved outcomes in cardiac health.

As a Specialist Consultant, you will assess patients' preoperative conditions, collaborate closely with surgeons and other medical professionals, and implement effective anesthesia strategies during complex cardiac surgeries, ensuring a seamless and safe surgical experience for each patient.

• Conduct thorough pre-operative assessments and evaluate medical histories of cardiac patients.
• Develop individualized anesthesia plans suited to the specific needs of patients undergoing cardiac surgery.
• Administer appropriate anesthetic agents during a variety of cardiac procedures including but not limited to open-heart surgeries and valve replacements.
• Monitor patient vitals and anesthesia depth vigilantly throughout the surgical process.
• Manage recovery protocols and provide guidance on post-operative pain management and care.
• Stay informed on the latest advancements in cardiac anesthesia practices and safety measures.
• Collaborate effectively with surgical teams to optimize patient care and outcomes.
