• Diagnose and manage conditions such as anemia, clotting disorders, and malignancies like leukemia.
• Formulate and implement personalized treatment strategies, including chemotherapy, transfusions, and medication regimens.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Address and manage treatment-related side effects, providing supportive care as needed.
