Spare Parts Customer Support Assistant - Dubai Others

Job Summary:



We are seeking a motivated and energetic Customer Support Assistant to join our client team with 2 years of experience in customer support.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting customers with requested information that can help improve customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:



Share ETD of orders with the distributors based on their request. Attend distributor issues related to shipment discrepancies and provide solution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Subsidiary Parts Team, logistics, and warehouse, to ensure sharing right information to distributors. Co work with logistics and warehouse team to release new orders for packing. Manage and reply to all the inquiries received through VOD system. Register FOC orders based on subsidiary approval and it supply Manage Monitor Parts budget based on details received from HQ in the beginning of the year

Qualifications & Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
