OBJECTIVES:

The Assistant General Manager plays a vital role in the daily operations of Blended Wellness, working closely with the General Manager to uphold our high standards. This position requires a dynamic leader who excels in managing teams, solving problems, and maintaining top-notch service.

DUTIES:

Assist the General Manager with overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes. Supervise and evaluate staff performance, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional service standards are consistently met. Manage and address customer feedback, implementing improvements and solutions to enhance the guest experience. Contribute to business development initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the hospitality or wellness industry. Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team. Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
