What We’re Looking For

• A minimum of 5 years of Spa operational experience or as a Spa Manager in a Luxury Hotel is preferred.
  
• Next-Level Organisational and Leadership skills, effectively leading and inspiring the FIVE Tribe to New Heights.
  
• Strong Sales and Marketing skills, with the ability to drive revenue growth and manage costs effectively.
  
• The ability to focus on Guests’ Needs, with a commitment to delivering Personalised service that reflects the ‘Vibe at FIVE.’
  
• Adaptable and proactive, taking Ownership of tasks while ensuring a Seamless and exceptional Journey at FIVE.
  
• Skilled at working under Pressure, leading a diverse Multicultural team while consistently Exceeding expectations in Dynamic and Competitive environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and implements bespoke, ‘FIVE-Styled’ Spa and Wellness Programmes.
  
• Curates and promotes the Spa’s brand, ensuring it Resonates with the Essence of FIVE’s Standard.
  
• Oversees and Refines all Spa operations, ensuring smooth, seamless, and high-end Service Delivery.
  
• Manages Budgets with precision and Controls Costs while Maintaining exceptional Service Standards.
  
• Recruits, Trains, and Retains a Skilled and Passionate Spa Team, fostering a Culture of Excellence.
  
• Implements and upholds SOPs and corporate policies, ensuring the Spa operates at the highest Professional Standards.
  
• Drives Motivation and enhances Retail Sales through expert Upselling Techniques, enriching the Guest experience.
  
• Prepares and presents detailed reports, tracking performance and ensuring continuous Growth and Success.
  
• Maintains a consistently High standard of service, ensuring every Guest receives an Unforgettable experience.
  
• Oversees Inventory Management, ensuring that Spa supplies are always stocked to meet Demand.
  
• Ensures immaculate Cleanliness and meticulous Attention to Detail in all Spa treatment rooms, creating a ‘FIVE-Star’ Atmosphere.
  
• Assists in hosting Exclusive Demonstrations and Events, elevating FIVE’s presence and client engagement.
  
• Guarantees that every treatment is delivered to the Highest Standard, ensuring excellence and Guest Satisfaction at all times.
