Spa Manager
Job Description
We are currently looking for dynamic, and self motivated Spa professionals who want to move their careers forward.
As a Spa Manager you are responsible for the entire spa operation and to prepare the annual department budget to ensure sales and costs are in line, whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as:
• Generate revenue for the spa by organizing spa promotions and advertising spa services within the hotel and resort areas
• Coordinate with the hotel management team on the daily operation of the spa
• Manage and supervise all Spa Therapy administration work, like contact and correspondence to guests, creating reports, preparation and confirmation of spa services to all guests, stock ordering and stock control, promotions and marketing of spa therapies, etc.
• Ensure that the spa operation follows SOP guidelines and regulations
• Responsible for the spa colleagues appraisals and trade testing
• Manage all customer complaints
• Manage usage of spa facilities and spa equipment
• Implement and manage all spa colleagues incentive schemes
• Manage and supervise the spa services menu and provide usage reports on spa services
Skills
Education, Qualifications & Experiences You should ideally have a degree in physiotherapy / spa field with previous supervisory experience, preferably within a five star international hotel. You must also have fluency in both written and spoken English and positively contribute to sales activities along with the ability to solve problems effectively. Computer knowledge is a must.
