  • Help therapists prepare rooms and maintain a comfortable environment during treatments.
  • Monitor and restock spa products, towels, and linens.
  •  Follow hygiene and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests.
  • Assist with appointment scheduling, guest inquiries, and payments.
  • Provide guests with comfort items like robes, slippers, and refreshments.
  • Maintain a relaxing atmosphere with appropriate lighting, music, and temperature.

Qualifications

  •  High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in spa services or hospitality can be beneficial.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service, especially in a spa or wellness setting.
  •  Excellent communication, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
  •  Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for long periods.
  • Friendly, approachable, calm, and patient demeanor.
  •  Knowledge of spa products, services, and basic administrative tasks.
