• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen sweeping and mopping floors.
• Support the culinary team in maintaining inventory and supplies.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines for food handling and sanitation.
• Report any maintenance or equipment issues to the supervisor.
• Assist in organizing the storage areas and ensuring proper stock rotation.
