Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and preparation of balanced, healthy meals.
Ensure food is prepared and presented according to Eat & Slim's standards.
Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and cleanliness.
Supervise kitchen staff and provide training on healthy cooking techniques.
Maintain proper food safety protocols and sanitation standards.
Collaborate with the team to innovate and develop new meal plans.

Requirements:

Fluent in Russian and English.
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role in a professional kitchen.
Passion for healthy, nutritious cooking.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen best practices.
