Job Description
To oversee the main kitchen and organize the team’s tasks for the daily production and ensure standards are being followed
To develop seasonal offerings as required
To prepare forecasts, reports and supplies requisition to ensure the smooth operation of the Pastry section
Ensure HACCP guidelines and municipality regulations are followed at all times.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar role is an asset in a 5 star hotel setting
Good interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service
