About the location:
What you will do
Collaborate with the Chef de Cuisine to create innovative Mediterranean-inspired dishes and menus that cater to guests' preferences and dietary needs.
Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring efficient preparation, cooking, and presentation of high-quality meals.
Train, motivate, and manage kitchen staff, promoting teamwork, and maintaining a positive work environment
Monitor and manage inventory, place orders, and control costs while maintaining the quality of ingredients and supplies.
Ensure strict adherence to food safety and sanitation regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
What you bring
A culinary degree or diploma from a recognized institution.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a same role within a fine dining or Mediterranean brasserie setting.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a proven track record of leading and motivating teams.
Strong knowledge of Mediterranean culinary techniques, ingredients, and presentation styles.
Exceptional time management, planning, and organizational abilities to handle the demands of a fast-paced kitchen environment.
