Salary: Up to 9K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus centralized tips and service charges.

Job Description:
Take proactive control of overseeing all culinary operations across branches with effective supervision.
Conduct daily inspections of kitchen areas and refrigerators to assess control systems and maintenance procedures.
Maintain responsibility for upholding hygiene and cleanliness standards in all kitchen areas.
Ensure the highest standards of food quality, menu presentation, and hygiene are met in all branches.
Guarantee customers receive prompt, efficient, and accurate service to achieve a high level of guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Open to Filipino, Algerian, Egyptian, Kazakh and Uzbek nationalities
30 years old and below
Must have background experience from Abu Dhabi restaurants.
Must have 2-3 years of proven experience as a Sous Chef in one of the prestigious cafés in the UAE.
Good understanding of the local food culture and preferences in UAE incorporating traditional flavours into the menu.
Must be HACCP certified - Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) to maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety.
