Job Description
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement, Sales, Service, Marketing, Field Service).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps).
- Experience integrating CRM with banking systems (Core Banking, ERP, Payment Platforms, Fraud Detection Systems).
- Proficiency in Azure Cloud Services, API development, and middleware technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Dataverse, SQL Server, .NET, and JavaScript frameworks.
Design scalable, secure, and high-performance
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions tailored for banking operations.
Ensure seamless
integration of Dynamics CRM with core banking systems, payment gateways, and third-party financial applications.
Develop solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and technical roadmaps aligning with banking IT strategy.
Preferred Qualifications & Certifications- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect Expert (preferred).
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect (optional but beneficial).
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert (preferred for cloud-based implementations).
- Project Management (PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master certifications) (preferred).
