We are looking for a Solution Architect for the Telecommunications Industry team with domain specific knowledge and experience in telecom operation, datacenter deployment and AI. As a Solutions Architect, you will bring focus and technical expertise about NVIDIA technological advances to the telecommunication community. Your duties will vary from driving internal validation and benchmarking of our product portfolio, frameworks, SDKs, and toolkits to inventing proof-of-concept and driving customer adoptions. Dynamically engaging with developers, scientific researchers, data scientists, IT managers and senior leaders is an important part of the Solution Architects role.
What you will be doing:
Provide technical advisory to partners, customers or academia by developing a keen understanding of their goals and needs, by defining and delivering high-value solutions, or by supporting technical trials.
Document and demonstrate advancements in accelerated computing & AI through targeted trainings, sharing sessions, whitepapers, blogs, and wiki articles.
Realize our AI vision by introducing NVIDIA technology in telecommunication solutions, cloud services, edge computing, network management, and security solutions.
Manage technical project aspects of complex deployments, including design-in opportunities and responding to RFP/RFI proposals for AI software integration, or edge / cloud / datacenter deployments.
We make heavy use of conferencing tools, but some travel is required for this role.
What we need to see:
MS/PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or other Engineering fields and 5+ years of work-related proven industry experience in telecommunication industry, networking hardware, networking software system development, or systems engineering or equivalent experience.
Experience in lifecycle management and AI workload orchestration on cloud-native platforms.
Significant experience in high-performance computing, deep Learning, and telco network operation.
An ability to switch between high-level systems view and low-level detail view of complex systems and to understand, promote and troubleshoot full-stack solutions and designs.
Ability to take a technical leadership role in a project.
Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate with customers effectively.
Strong time-management and organization skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Background in generative AI and Deep Learning software architecture and frameworks.
Experience working with modern and multi-tenant application deployment practices including but not limited to Docker/Containers, Kubernetes, and cloud-scale orchestration.
Experience with NVIDIA AI platform and tools.
