Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Test Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for system testing, developing test plans and strategies, and ensuring the quality of key aspects in various projects. You will play a crucial role in maintaining product quality, managing testing progress, mitigating risks, and facilitating effective communication with project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and execute test plans and strategies to ensure product quality.
- Perform system testing, identify defects, and provide solutions to improve product reliability.
- Manage project testing progress, proactively mitigate risks, and report testing updates regularly.
- Research and implement new testing technologies, including automation testing and continuous integration.
- Develop tools and platforms to improve data construction, data quality, and loss prevention control efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with development and project teams to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
- Maintain and improve automated testing frameworks for large-scale, high-concurrency systems.
Job Requirements :
- Working Hours : 8.30 AM - 5.30 PM ( Monday to Friday )

Job Requirements:
- Experience in internet testing and software quality assurance is preferred.
- Strong understanding of testing theories, methodologies, and industry best practices.
- Proficient in business analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong programming skills, proficient in Java or various scripting languages.
- Familiarity with database technologies and SQL query writing.
- Hands-on experience in automated testing and performance testing for large-scale systems.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to new technologies.
- Willingness to travel and work on domestic or international assignments as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in performance testing, security testing, or cloud-based testing.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.
- Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, JMeter, Appium, or similar.
