- Take ownership of the backend architecture, building the foundation for a scalable, future-proof platform.
- Collaborate with frontend and mobile teams to ensure smooth integration between the backend and user interfaces.
- Build for reliability and performance, ensuring 24/7 uptime in a fast-paced, real-time environment.
Requirements- 5+ years of experience in backend development, preferably in fintech, payments, or startups with a focus on scalability and performance.
- Strong proficiency in Golang and experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
- Experience with event-driven architectures and message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Hands-on experience working with AWS or other cloud providers, with a focus on security, scalability, and containerization using Docker.
- Experience building secure systems with knowledge of PCI-DSS compliance and OAuth2 authentication protocols.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of the entire backend stack.
- A passion for solving complex problems and creating scalable solutions that drive real impact.
