Social Media Specialist

PERSIAN HORIZON TOURISM is looking to hire creative and results-driven social media specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media efforts to achieve our business goals.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
2. Create, curate, and manage published content across various social media platforms (Instagram, Youtube ).
3. Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
4. Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster relationships with followers.
5. Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and prepare reports.
6. Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
7. Plan and execute paid social media campaigns.

Required Skills:

1. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
2. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in [mention required language(s)].
4. Experience with social media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc.).
5. Creativity and the ability to generate engaging content.
6. Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
7. Familiar with calendaring and content strategy
8. Familiar with Trello project management software.
