  • Maintain the organization's promotional and branding activities using various social media accounts.
  • Develop relative and high-quality online material to upload on the company's online platforms.
  • Establish quantifiable tactics and strategies to maintain the company's social media presence.
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign
  • Use SEO/Indexing/Backlinks analysis tools and software to track customer satisfaction, engagement, and ROI, suggesting appropriate optimization.
  • Take the initiative to understand modern trends and social media platforms to aim at a high level of user engagement.

Skills

  • Good understanding of social media KPIs. (prefered in Furniture industry)
  • Proven work experience in content planning on social media platforms for professional firms.
  • Passionate social media handler with a thorough understanding of search engine optimization and key online promotional activities.
  • Adept in publishing social media captions, articles, blogs, and other online resources.
  • Possessing remarkable potential in showcasing ideas through formal and informal modes.
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability.
