Job Conditions:

Working hours: Mon-Fri, 10:00–19:00

Work format: office-based

Responsibilities:

• Managing and growing the agency’s social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (formerly Twitter), Telegram).
• Creating content (text, images, videos) for all platforms.
• Taking photos and videos of properties and events to create timely content.
• Gathering information from staff and brokers to highlight current events and offers.
• Developing media plans and promotional strategies.
• Analyzing campaign effectiveness and preparing reports.
• Collaborating with the design, marketing, social media and Google ads teams, brokers, and other departments.

Candidate Requirements:

Language: Fluent English. Knowledge of Russian or other languages is a plus.

Experience: Proven experience managing social media, creating content, and media planning is required.

Portfolio: Must provide a portfolio of previous content projects
