Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Social Media Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads. You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content, manage social media accounts, and analyze performance metrics.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve business goals
  2. Create and optimize social media profiles and pages
  3. Manage and monitor social media accounts and engage with followers
  4. Create and publish engaging content, including text, images, and videos
  5. Analyze social media performance and generate reports


Skills


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in social media marketing
  • Experience in the Dubai market is a must
  • Proven track record of managing social media accounts and growing followers
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and best practices
  • Strong analytical skills to track and measure social media performance
  • Ability to create compelling and engaging content
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with social media management tools
  • Expertise in creating content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
  • Knowledge of social media algorithms, policies, and trends
  • Proficiency in software and programs for digital content creation and editing
