Job Description
Manage company Social Media account for (Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, Whatsapp, etc).
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms.
Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and other creatives to ensure high-quality visuals and messaging.
Manage the social media content calendar and ensure consistent posting frequency.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve brand and marketing objectives.
Identify and capitalize on trends to create engaging content.
Plan, execute, and monitor paid social media campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or native platform analytics.
Skills
Enthusiastic professional with a keen understanding of social media evaluation metrics using relevant online software and tools.
Proven work experience in content planning on social media platforms for professional firms.
At least 4 years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand, agency, or business.
Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
Creative mindset with a knack for storytelling and engaging content creation.
Experience in managing paid social campaigns and understanding of social media advertising.
Efficient in exchanging knowledge through written and informal discussions with colleagues and senior management.
