Job Description
Social Media executive will be largely handling Social Media & Influencer Management duties.
Prefer an Arabic Speaking candidate for this role who has an experience of minimum 2 years of working in Social Media Advertising Agency (UAE)
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Oversee and manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across all platforms, ensuring consistency with brand messaging.
- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, responding in a timely and engaging manner.
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok.
Collaboration with Agencies:
- Work closely with external agencies to develop and execute content strategies that align with marketing objectives.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and agencies to ensure timely delivery of content and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with agencies for boosting posts and campaigns, optimizing paid social strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
Influencer Outreach and Collaboration:
- Identify and reach out to potential influencers that align with the brand’s values and target audience.
- Manage relationships with influencers, coordinating campaigns and content collaboration to ensure alignment with marketing initiatives.
- Track and analyze influencer performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and partnerships.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance, engagement metrics, and campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare regular reports on social media performance and insights to inform strategy adjustments and improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to refine social media strategies.
Community Management:
- Monitor social media channels and align with agency, respond to comments, questions, and direct messages in a timely manner.
- Foster relationships with the audience by engaging with followers and influencers.
- Handle social media crisis situations, flagging issues, and coordinating responses with relevant teams.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze the performance of social media posts and campaigns using analytics tools.
- Provide regular reports on KPIs such as engagement rate, follower growth, reach, impressions, and ROI.
- Offer insights and recommendations for improvement based on performance data.
Platform Management:
- Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely scheduling and publishing of posts.
- Stay updated on algorithm changes, new features, and best practices across social media platforms.
- Identify new trends, hashtags, and opportunities for brand growth.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, design, and PR teams to ensure a cohesive strategy.
- Work closely with influencers, photographers, and videographers to develop high-quality content.
