Job Description

  • Project Coordination: Manage and track social media projects within our project management system, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Research & Analysis: Conduct research on social media trends, competitor activity, and audience demographics to inform campaign strategies and support with copywriting and communication.
  • Calendar Management: Support with timely scheduling of posts and campaigns.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the social media and content team, including, managing files, coordinating content teams calendars and deadlines, preparing presentations and reports.
  • Team Collaboration: Actively participate in team brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for social media campaigns.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
  • Strong interest in social media marketing and digital trends
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive and problem-solving approach
  • Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is highly preferred
