About the Role:


We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and highly organized individual to join as a Social Media Content Creator & Personal Assistant. This unique hybrid role will focus on enhancing the CEO’s and company’s digital presence while providing executive support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will possess both technical proficiency in social media management and creative photography/videography skills, alongside excellent organizational abilities for light administrative tasks required for executive assistance.


Key Responsibilities:


Social Media Content Creation & Management:


  1. Capture and Edit Content: Utilize your creative skills to take and edit captivating photos and videos at events, making sure to deliver content that truly engages our CEO's audience on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and beyond. Use both your mobile device and professional camera to seize important moments with a unique perspective.
  2. Platform Expertise: Oversee the social media landscape for the CEO and the company, ensuring that all content aligns flawlessly with our brand image. Keep our audiences engaged across diverse platforms like Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and others.
  3. Video and Photo Editing: Harness your editing prowess using cutting-edge tools available on various platforms, as well as software such as Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop, to elevate content quality before posting.
  4. SEO and Engagement: Boost post visibility by optimizing with relevant hashtags and keywords while actively responding to comments and messages, nurturing positive community relationships.
  5. Story Creation: Keep our Instagram stories vibrant and engaging by regularly posting and managing highlights to ensure the content stays fresh and aligned with the CEO's personal brand.

Podcast and Video Production Support: Play a pivotal role in planning, setting up, and recording podcast episodes. You'll manage equipment, ensure top-notch audio/video quality, and coordinate with guests while handling editing, branding, and uploading episodes to the appropriate platforms.


  1. Content Creation for Podcasts: Team up on podcast topics, capture behind-the-scenes content, and boost brand visibility through complementary materials such as promotional clips and social media posts.

Executive Assistance:


  • Administrative Support: Offer essential administrative help in the office during client meetings, which includes updating digital records for prescriptions and diet plans.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and accompanying the CEO to events, including influencer collaborations, health seminars, and podcast recordings while capturing pivotal moments to enhance the brand's visual storytelling.
  • Task Prioritization: Guarantee that the CEO's schedule is efficiently managed and deadlines are consistently met, providing comprehensive support for both professional and personal needs.
  • Travel Coordination: Aid in arranging travel plans, from bookings to itineraries, ensuring every logistical detail is perfectly organized.

Other Responsibilities:


IT & Technical Proficiency: Utilize a MacBook for administrative functions and digital content management. Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools is a plus.


Personal Errands: Assist with personal errands as needed by the CEO, ensuring the smooth execution of daily tasks.
