Position Overview


We seek a creative and tech-savvy Social Media and Website Manager to oversee and enhance our online presence. Key Responsibilities

Create, schedule, and publish engaging and brand-consistent content.

Monitor social media performance using analytics tools and generate reports with actionable insights.

Respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly to foster engagement.

Stay up-to-date with social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

Website Management:


Manage website content updates, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency with brand guidelines.

Optimize the website for performance, SEO, and user experience.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop and post blogs, news updates, and promotional content.

Conduct regular audits to ensure website functionality, resolve issues, and implement improvements.

Monitor website analytics and prepare reports to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities.

Content Creation:


Design graphics, videos, and other multimedia content to support campaigns and promotions.

Write compelling copy for posts, ads, and web pages that align with brand messaging.

Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align content with broader strategies.

Strategy and Growth:


Develop and manage paid social media campaigns, ensuring a strong ROI.

Identify and engage with target audiences to increase brand visibility and online followers.

Analyze competitors and industry trends to inform strategy and stay ahead of the curve.

Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience managing social media platforms and websites for businesses.

Proficiency with social media management tools and website CMS platforms 

Strong understanding of SEO principles and analytics tools.

Graphic design skills with experience using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Analytical mindset with a focus on performance metrics and continuous improvement.
