Job Description

Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. This role involves planning and scheduling content, developing strategic initiatives for follower growth and engagement, and creating comprehensive performance reports. The Social Media Manager will also collaborate with PR agencies, contribute to content creation shoots, and support visual brand presentations as needed.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and manage content calendars for all social media platforms.
  • Schedule and upload content while ensuring timely and consistent posting.
  • Write compelling captions that align with the brand’s voice and strategy.
  • Prepare influencer content creation briefs and coordinate with PR agencies for execution.
  • Implement and lead strategic initiatives for follower growth and audience engagement.
  • Conduct regular competitive analysis to gather insights and learnings from other brands’ social media content.
  • Compile and deliver detailed monthly reports on social media performance and analytics using industry-standard tools.
  • Maintain and update the Social Media Community Management Handbook monthly to support the Customer Service team.
  • Attend and contribute to content creation shoots for both brand and influencer projects.
  • Support the team with visual brand presentations and materials as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to inform strategy.
  • Manage social media crises or negative feedback in a professional and timely manner.
  • Set and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media efforts, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Provide live coverage or real-time posting for brand events to enhance audience engagement.

  • Arabic language skills are a plus but not essential.
