Expertise in Digital Advertising:
Proven experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads, specifically for driving engagement, leads, and sales for real estate projects.
Real Estate Marketing Knowledge:
Understanding of the real estate market, particularly in off-plan projects, and the ability to create targeted campaigns that resonate with potential investors and buyers.
Data-Driven Approach:
Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance, derive insights, and optimize campaigns based on key metrics such as ROI, cost-per-lead, conversion rates, etc.
Creative Content Creation:
Ability to craft compelling ad copy and visuals tailored for digital campaigns, with a focus on showcasing real estate properties effectively.
Market Research & Audience Segmentation:
Expertise in identifying and segmenting target audiences, tailoring ads for specific demographics, and leveraging consumer behavior data for ad targeting.
Campaign Optimization:
Experience in continuously testing, tweaking, and optimizing ads to improve campaign performance and meet goals.
Strong Communication Skills:
