Your role:



The purpose of this role is to fulfil the content requirements of all clients. Leads conception, planning and delivery of content that brings great ideas to life across all solutions.

Your key responsibilities:



• Copywrites for a breadth of brands across a variety of channels • Identifies creative and content delivery requirements
• Identifies and responds to risks and opportunities
• Understands influencers and influencer networks
• Creatively supports the effective use of technology to solve business problems
• Drives, defines and feeds back on quality of briefs, regular reviews, feedback channels, content quality and collaboration
• Proactively identifies opportunities for content work to be performed for clients, with guidance from seniors and directors

Skills and Experience:



3+ years of experience managing social media accounts, preferably within the retail or e-commerce industry. Proven track record of successful social media campaigns and strategies that drive engagement and sales.
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.) and how to leverage them for retail marketing. Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to tailor content to the target audience. Proficient in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, etc.), analytics tools, and Adobe Creative Suite (or similar content creation tools). Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
