About the job SMART CITY PROGRAM MANAGER
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in program/project management, with at least 5 years in Smart City projects.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of IoT, Cloud computing (Azure, AWS, or GCP), AI, and Data Analytics.
- GCC Experience: Proven track record of managing smart city projects in the GCC region.
- Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Project Management Certifications (Preferred): PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with GCC smart city policies, cybersecurity standards, and data governance.
- Leadership & Communication: Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with government agencies on urban infrastructure projects.
- Exposure to digital twins, edge computing, and 5G in smart city implementations.
- Knowledge of public-private partnership (PPP) models for smart city funding.
