About the job SMART CITY PROGRAM MANAGER

Required Qualifications & Skills:


  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in program/project management, with at least 5 years in Smart City projects.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of IoT, Cloud computing (Azure, AWS, or GCP), AI, and Data Analytics.
  • GCC Experience: Proven track record of managing smart city projects in the GCC region.
  • Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Project Management Certifications (Preferred): PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with GCC smart city policies, cybersecurity standards, and data governance.
  • Leadership & Communication: Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience working with government agencies on urban infrastructure projects.
  • Exposure to digital twins, edge computing, and 5G in smart city implementations.
  • Knowledge of public-private partnership (PPP) models for smart city funding.
