Duties and Responsibilities:
- To carry out repair, test, service all Units of shop Equipment is under company approved capability list as per manufacturer's procedures whilst observing all safety procedures charging/servicing as required.
- To carry out any component changes as a necessary part of the troubleshooting process and as directed by immediate supervisor or certifying staff. This will include the ability to obtain and understand:
- Component Maintenance Manual (CMM), Illustrated Parts List (IPL), or other vendor documentation required to carry out this task.
- To determine that any tooling used is serviceable and appropriate for the task and to understand and use specialized tooling where required.
- Participate and promote in creating a safety culture in an effort to minimize accidents and highlight deficiencies/failures that can lead to such accidents. Ensure all work locations are kept clean and excellent housekeeping conditions are maintained. This includes being aware and communicating safety shortfalls.
- To avoid FOD will be vigilant in ensuring work areas, lockers, test benches and toolboxes are all kept clean.
- Creation of shop finding report, Create Part requisition / Bill of material through M3.
- To control and maintain proper records of all inspections/ repair documents/testing of every component worked on.
- Ensure to carry out all Applicable Document for the repaired unit (SB, SIL, AD and / or RD) in order to ensure flight safety and fill all applicable work packages correctly.
- Review and maintain the assigned Storage unit content list in daily basis and control The THP sheet as per company policy.
- Report any discrepancies report / occurrences report as per company producers and our regulatory instructions.
- Maintain Quality standards and attendance to be maintained.
- Familiarization with EASA/GCAA/FAA part 145 certifications
requirements, rules and Regulation.
- Knowledge of safety risks linked to the working environment.
- Knowledge of human factors, human performance and limitations
- Ability to report discrepancies.
- Ability to use, control and be familiar with required tooling and/or
equipment.
- Knowledge of the following Aircraft C rating : C18, C17, C6, C5, C1 and
C6.
- Technical Skill including Computers (MS Office, Excel, Windows) and
usage of measurement test Equipment's.
