Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and
experienced Six Sigma Black Belt professional to join Finance department of our client. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in implementing process
improvement initiatives using Six Sigma methodologies. Additionally, expertise
in SAP and Salesforce is required to streamline financial operations and
enhance overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process Improvement:
- Lead and manage Six Sigma
projects within the Finance department to identify, analyze, and improve
financial processes.
- Apply Six Sigma methodologies
(DMAIC, DMADV) to drive process improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
- Develop and implement
strategies to enhance financial performance, reduce cycle times, and improve
quality.
2. Data Analysis:
- Utilize advanced statistical
analysis tools to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Conduct root cause analysis to
identify and eliminate defects in financial processes.
- Monitor and report on key
performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure continuous improvement.
3. SAP and Salesforce Expertise:
- Leverage expertise in SAP and
Salesforce to integrate and optimize financial processes.
- Collaborate with IT and
Finance teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP and Salesforce systems.
- Develop and implement best
practices for using SAP and Salesforce in financial operations.
4. Project Management:
- Plan, execute, and monitor Six
Sigma projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with
cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.
- Provide regular updates to
senior management on project progress and outcomes.
5. Training and Mentoring:
- Train and mentor Finance
department staff on Six Sigma principles and tools.
- Foster a culture of continuous
improvement within the Finance department.
- Conduct workshops and training
sessions to enhance the team’s knowledge and skills.
6. Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with
industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare detailed reports and
presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate
documentation of all Six Sigma projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business
Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification is
mandatory.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in process
improvement and project management within the Finance sector.
- Proficient in SAP and Salesforce with
hands-on experience in financial operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving
skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills.
- Ability to lead and influence
cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
(Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of Lean methodologies.
- Experience in change management and
organizational development.
- Familiarity with other ERP and CRM systems.
