Job Description

  • Assessment and preparation of quotation
  • Plan, execute, and manage facility management projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technicians and contractors.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain project documentation and reporting.


Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Civil, Tech, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project site supervisor
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
  • Minimum two years UAE Experience will be an advantage.
  • Valid UAE driving license
