Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Project Supervision:

• Oversee all on-site construction and fit-out activities, ensuring work is carried out in accordance with project plans, specifications, and standards.
• Manage day-to-day site operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and supervision of subcontractors and laborers.
• Ensure that all work is completed within the set deadlines and budget constraints.

Quality Control:

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all work meets quality standards and adheres to the project specifications.
• Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during construction and fit-out activities.

Health and Safety:

• Implement and enforce health and safety protocols on-site to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and toolbox talks to promote safety awareness.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards.

Coordination and Communication:

• Coordinate with the project manager, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth progress and resolve any issues promptly.
• Maintain open and effective communication with subcontractors, suppliers, and the client to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports to the project manager.

Resource Management:

• Monitor and manage the delivery and use of materials, tools, and equipment on-site.
• Ensure that the workforce is adequately resourced and that all necessary materials and equipment are available to meet project timelines.

Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of site activities, including work completed, safety inspections, material usage, and any changes to the project scope.
• Assist in preparing and submitting documentation required for project completion and handover.

Problem-Solving:

• Identify potential risks or issues early and take proactive steps to mitigate them.
• Resolve any on-site disputes or challenges quickly to minimize delays and maintain project momentum.
