Study, review and verify all the project specifications, drawings to ensure that the project scope is properly understood and subsequently followed. Prepare quantity take-offs from engineering drawings in order to facilitate the timely procurement of materials. Control and monitor the site staff continuously to ensure that the maximum outputs are achieved and subsequently the required work progress is maintained. Plan, execute, monitor, evaluate and follow site progress, inspections and approvals closely and continuously to ensure that the project activities are completed to the specified technical standards within the required time. Follow and monitor the materials requirements continuously with procurement/stores to ensure the uninterrupted sourcing to the site works and further ensure that the materials are compiled to the technical specifications. Make necessary coordination between project management and site supervisory staff by means of effective communications to facilitate smooth site operation. Always liaise with necessary internal parties and closely follow the QA/QC, safety procedure to ensure that the highest standards are maintained. Requirements B.Sc. Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or similar discipline. Minimum years of relevant experience: 3-5 years of overall experience in the construction sector (MEP) Leadership skills, hardworking and result-oriented attitudes are required.
