Job Description
- Assists in preparation and implementation of Project Execution Plan (PEP), work closely with Sr. Project Engineer / Project Manager and understand the scope of work. Prepare site plan and work with Site Planner to identify the crew, material and resources to execute the job.
- Ability to read the drawings and prepare method statements and necessary pre-requisites.
- Prepare BOQ/MTO, ability to perform load calculations for foundations, columns, structures, stanchions and knowledge of electrical and instrument trenches.
- Ensuring that all assigned work is completed on time and within the agreed budget and schedule.
- Attending meetings and completely communicate with Clients, End-Users, Consultant and Subcontractors (as applicable).
- Setting out and executing projects in accordance with drawings & specifications. Coordinate and update as-built drawings and submit to end users and clients.
- Assist in procurements for analyzing quotations and prepare comparison sheets for technical, prices and schedule against budget & project specification and obtain approval from Procurement Manager. Coordinates materials and assists in the logistics, its shipment and receipt at construction site.
- Maintenance of daily, weekly & monthly progress reports.
- Comply with safety/environment systems/procedures.
- Liaising with client representatives, other professionals within design teams and main contractor’s representatives during construction.
- Coordinates with all projects related personnel (onshore and offshore) on day-to-today progress of work activities, procurement and operations to ensure timely completion of the project.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering Required;
- Approved by ADNOC as Site Civil Engineer is preferred.
- Knowledge of WMS (Work Management System) From ADNOC
- Proficient in Auto-CAD Preferrable.
- Knowledge of codes and standards, surveying
Additional Information
- Responsible for the implementation of construction work processes, project procedures and instructions within assigned operations.
- Knowledge of electrical and instrument trenches.
