Site Engineer

Engineering Unit is a unique Technical unit of the bank which evaluates the property financed by the Bank, and Managing & Supervising the construction of Bank properties and Bank finance properties including Escrow Account properties. The unit is playing major role in Management of Home Finance deals. The unit contributes to the bank income considerably by Fees for valuations a payment certifications

The Bank is financing for Home Finance for Local, Real Estate finance for Corporate deals, Escrow Account Management & Property valuations. The department receives approval for Home finance valuation requests, HF approval and Escrow account payments. 

The job holder is carrying out verifying the documents received from the IBHF sales unit and HF customers & contractors. 

The job holder is doing documentation and preparation of reports & contract proposals and contractor payments to be done on time.

Site Visit Coordination

Processing

• Arrange for site visit schedules by liaising with Customer / contractor
• Wherever site visit required for Property Valuations 

The job holder’s task is to visit the site and verify the site status and report the Senior Manager along with site photos.

Progress Payment Receiving

Processing

• Receiving Progress Payment request from contractor & verify the documents as per requirements.
• Conduct site visit when required.

Contractor Payments

Compliance

• Receiving Progress Payment request from contractor & verify the documents as per requirements.
• Payment advise processed within TAT after approval for Engineers.
• Payment advise forwarded to HF operations unit.
• Payment data entered for MIS.

MIS

Compliance

• Keeping up site visit records.
• Preparing MIS for site visit conducted by area wise 
• Keep MIS on Home Finance deals 
• Open new file for each approvals and tracking numbers
• Record file keeping for future reference

Solving disputes & Legal Issues

Compliance

• In case of customer / contractor disputes to take necessary action to solve the issue
• Issue any legal Notification to Contractor wherever it is required
• Contractor / customer payment settlements in coordination with Project Consultant and the bank.
