Job Description
- Manage and maintain site documentation, including permits, approvals, and reports.
- Handle administrative tasks such as employee records, timekeeping, and payroll coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, site regulations, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders for smooth operations.
- Oversee accommodation, transport, and welfare arrangements for site staff.
- Assist in procurement and inventory management for office supplies and site needs.
- Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and other required documentation.
- Address employee concerns and support HR functions related to the site.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage logistics for materials, equipment, and workforce.
- Ensure timely delivery of construction materials and equipment to the site.
- Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, and site personnel for smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and deliveries.
- Coordinate transport, accommodation, and site access for workers and visitors.
- Ensure compliance with safety, customs, and site-specific logistics regulations.
- Handle emergency logistics requirements and troubleshoot delays.
- Work closely with procurement, warehouse, and project teams to optimize supply chain operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in site administration, preferably in oil & gas projects.
Additional Information
- Strong knowledge of site operations, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and site management software.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a remote location with challenging site conditions
