Job Description:

  • Oversee daily bar operations, including staff scheduling and performance monitoring.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and restocking of beverages and bar supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.
  • Maintain high customer service standards and address guest feedback promptly.

Salary:                        up to 11K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus tips
