Shift Maintenance Mechanic- Dubai Engineering & Technical Main duties and responsibilities
Effectively operate and maintain Facility Process Equipment. Conduct daily monitoring of Facility Equipment parameters. Implement Corrective and Preventive Maintenance of Facility Equipment Perform and participate in equipment problem solving analysis. Conduct housekeeping of Facility areas. Ensure smooth operation of all facility equipment by carrying out the preventive maintenance and repairs effectively. Perform line duties i.e., setting and adjustment of machines, setting up conveyors and transporters for size change, overhauling of manufacturing equipment, fabrication and welding jobs. Assist in machine failure analysis to reduce frequency and severity of failure or breakdown. Use of diagnostic and maintenance tools (hand tools and power-oriented tools, equipment repair, troubleshooting, overhauling and installation works in a variety of trades). Perform fabrication jobs (welding and other related activities) which are essential to production and other department requirements. Interpreting blueprints and schematic drawings.* Record/ file-keeping of maintenance works.
